The problem
A small agency runs several client projects at once. Tasks are spread across chats and spreadsheets, so nobody can see who is overloaded or which deadlines are slipping.
What we built
- A board with backlog, to do, in progress, review and done columns
- Task cards with labels, priority, due dates, subtasks and owners
- A sprint progress panel and a team workload view
- An activity feed so everyone sees changes as they happen
